We only use your details to reply to you.
Who we are
This website is run by Jacobo Cobián Sánchez, a self-employed designer based in Spain. He decides how your details are used and is responsible for them.

What we collect and why
When you fill in the contact form
- Your name and email address. We need these to reply to you. Without them we can't answer, so the form won't send.
- Anything else you choose to tell us: your company or website, whether you are a brand, studio or something else, what you need, your budget and your message. All of this is optional.
- Your approximate country (for example "ES"). Our network provider, Cloudflare, works this out from your IP address. We only see the country code, not the address.
All of this arrives as a single email to our inbox. The website doesn't keep a copy, and there is no database.
To protect the form from spam, the server keeps track of how many messages come from each connection for up to 24 hours. That count is held in the server's working memory only. It is never written to disk and is erased when the server restarts.
When you browse the site
The server keeps a short technical log of visits. It contains a shortened IP address (the last part is removed), the date and time, the page you asked for, the page you came from and your browser type. It never contains what you type into the form. We use it only to keep the site secure and working. The server's error log, which records refused or interrupted connections, can contain the full IP address instead of the shortened one, for the same period (see "How long we keep it"). The other server logs contain no IP address.
We don't use your details for advertising, we don't sell them and we don't make automated decisions about you.
Legal basis
- Replying to your enquiry and preparing a quote: you asked us to take these steps before a possible contract (GDPR, Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Answering other messages, showing your country, protecting the form from spam and keeping server logs: our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us and in keeping the site safe (GDPR, Art. 6(1)(f)). You can object to this at any time (see "Your rights").
Who receives it
We don't share your details with anyone to use for their own purposes. These providers handle them for us:
- Google (Gmail): delivers and stores the email with your enquiry.
- Cloudflare: sits in front of the website to speed it up and protect it. All visits pass through it.
- Hetzner: hosts the server the website runs on.
Google and Cloudflare are US companies, so your details may be processed outside the European Economic Area. When that happens, they are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We will only give your details to public authorities if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Contact form emails: we keep them until you ask us to delete them. We also go through our inbox from time to time and delete enquiries we no longer need. If you become a client, some details have to be kept for longer under Spanish tax and accounting law.
- Server logs (including the error log, which may hold the full IP address): deleted automatically after about 15 days at most.
- Spam-protection count: up to 24 hours, in memory only.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the data we hold about you (access)
- correct it (rectification)
- delete it (erasure)
- stop using it (objection)
- limit how we use it (restriction)
- give it to you, or to someone else, in a common format (portability)
Email [email protected] with your request. We will reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm it's really you before we act.
If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
Cookies and local storage
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. All its fonts, images and videos come from our own server.
Your browser does store a few small settings on your device, which never leave it:
- Light or dark mode: if you switch modes, your choice is kept so it's still there next time. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
- Page settings: whether you have already seen the intro animation, whether the menu is hidden and similar settings. These are erased when you close the tab.
None of this identifies you, and we never see it.
